I had a good experience at this dealership except that one tire had a piece missing and it had a small crack in it as well. Plus there was a small piece missing from the front door handle. I know I should have checked out this SUV better but if it was checked and certified by someone, these 2 issues should have been fixed.

Toyota of Saint Augustine — 5/5 ⭐ We've been to Toyota dealerships across different states and countries. Saint Augustine's holds its own against all of them — and then some. The waiting area alone sets the tone. Massage chairs. Reclining seats. Kids running around without anyone batting an eye. The staff was genuinely warm, not performatively friendly — there's a difference, and you feel it. But honestly? The facilities stopped us cold. The design — black fixtures, clean lines, that intentional aesthetic in the bathroom — gave us real ideas for our own home. When a dealership inspires your renovation mood board, something is right. Outside, the kids found the dog park and mini golf and basically never wanted to leave. Four children, zero meltdowns. That's the review right there. Toyota of Saint Augustine — 5 out of 5. One of the best we've ever visited, and we have the receipts to prove it.

I found a great birthday present for my wife and celebrating almost 35 years of marriage... I have purchased a LOT of cars since my first 50 years ago... I couldn't be more pleased with Beaver as a dealer... they even put an enormous bow on it for my wife when she picked it up.

I highly recommend them because they have help my family that is beginning life married.I like to add that recently I bought a car and Mike Kilmer has done an excellent job and finding the perfect car and make our car buying a great and pleasant journey. I went in to look at cars and ended up buying my first car. Hazem, Ryan, and Seth made my first car purchase an amazing experience. They worked all day to get the payment down for me to where I needed it. They were so kind and helpful! I now have my dream car because of them and I am so thankful for all of their hard work!
