I've heard of Beaver Toyota in St Augustine from a lot of different people as being a great place to buy a car. When I decided it was time to get a new car, my friend and I drove to Beaver. Noah our salesperson couldn't be any better. He was down to earth, understanding of my budget and so patient with the process. I was so relaxed during the whole experience. No pushy sale people. It was great and I drove off in a lovely car that I am comfortable in, drives well and looks good. They have a great coverage, team, and I can't even begin talking about the looks of the place. And with that, a massage chair, restaurant, nail salon, etc. They work with you and truly care about the people who walk through the door.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience. Loved the waiting area and atmosphere of Beaver Toyota is very positive. My assistant service leader, Doug McKee was great. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told there was a recall. That got fixed and he also found there was a mold smell in my air conditioning and vents and he recommended a repair to that. I had tried to fix the mold problem myself, without solving it. I was thrilled it was fixed.

My experience with this dealership has been one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped into their lot, I was made a priority and the sales person, Hannah Stevens, was kind and understanding of our needs. Even the process of negotiation and financing was so smooth. I’m incredibly impressed with Beaver Toyota.
