We were greeted promptly after our arrival. It was explained to us what our car needed and after doing the agreed-upon work we were on our way after a reasonable length of time.

Fast and convenient. Drive in a rep comes up tags the vehicle, then takes you to their office and puts information in computer for work to be done. Takes you to waiting area and lets you know he will contact you when the job is completed. There is complimentary coffee. There is a snack breakfast / lunch / cafeteria if you want to purchase specialty coffee and food. Within 5 minutes I received a text from the mechanic letting me know he was working in the car. He sent a video of the work he was starting. He sent another video showing the tires were good and other parts on vehicle. I was very impressed. I wasn’t there 30 minutes and the gentleman came and took me to his office, had me sign paperwork and handed keys. Wished me a great day. I was very happy and satisfied with the reports and work. Very friendly and courteous.

The place is immaculate, every employee was nice and helpful. I loved that there were several different places to wait whether working, eating at the restaurant, or just wanting a quiet place-they have it all. Also, it was great to find out that there was a place to get your nails done, a dog park, and a putt putt course-amazing! My service was completed ahead of schedule and then they gave me a free car wash too.

I had been looking for a specific color Toyota Camry XSE with the premium plus package for 6+ months with another dealership. After a lack of communication and overall mediocre service, I decided to call Beaver Toyota St Augustine. I set up an appointment with Laurence Powell and within a few weeks he and Ben Kennedy, who was instrumental in making the allocation happen, delivered the elusive car I had my heart set on ... literally! I was unable to pick up the vehicle in person so they coordinated a drop off after the paperwork had been signed. I couldn't be more pleased with how the process worked out!
