We visted Beaver Toyota from where we live in Ponte Vedra because we had heard and seen great reviews. After working with local Ponte Vedra Toyota dealers we wanted to try somewhere else and Beaver Toyota exceeded expectations. Our service advisor Charley was fantastic and very informative. The service we received was fantastic. The dealership is also amazing providing a putting green, dog park and lake to all enjoy while waiting for a vehicle to be worked on. Beaver Toyota has gained our business and we will only go there when needed for service or future vehicle purchases.

Theresa greeted us immediately upon arrival and it was fantastic from there. She made sure we looked at every option we wanted to, drove them all, and then when it was time for numbers she was receptive. She also made sure we were well hydrated with tons of water! My experience at Beaver Toyota was wonderful! It was my first time there. I went in for an oil change around 3pm without scheduling appointment because my maintenance light came on from my road trip. My service rep was Hunter he made sure it was taken care of and updated me on my recommended services needed. The environment was nice, calm, and clean. My rating is a 10/10 with the service rendered being under 1hr 15min.

As always, Beaver Toyota Service Dept was extremely helpful and friendly, on time and completed the job with no problems!! Hunter followed up with a text to be sure i was satisfied. Excellent group!!!

Zach Giordano listened carefully to what I said I wanted, test driving a Rav 4 with and without hybrid. After my purchase he explained the new technology. I received the same level of attention from the financial person. My first 10,000 mile maintenance visit to Beaver Toyota was very smooth. Zach scheduled it for my convenience. ‘Check in’ was quick. My service tech, Donald Hollingsworth listened to my questions, and tho he couldn’t find the rattle, he promised to look for it at my next service My 30,000 mile maintenance visit to Beaver Toyota was good. I asked whether a trim piece could be reattached, but was told that some of the fasteners were gone, so a new trim piece needed to be installed. I left that decision to another time.

Brought my GR Corolla in for an oil change, Trey Cameron the Assistant Service leader and all the service Techs are kind and considerate. The new facility is nice, clean, and organized, I would recommend Beaver for any service. UPDATE: I brought my GR Corolla back in for another oil change, and while looking around for a possible 2nd car, I met up with Giovanni Gardesani (Sales) and David Kraus (Sales leader). Great Experience just shooting the beeze about cars, offered me a Great price on a New Corolla, Buy here, you'll be glad you did.
