I showed up at 750 for my 8am appointment for there to be 20 cars already in front of me. I think you are taking WAY too many appointments at a time. Andre however is the best service writer you could possibly have. I was there from 8-12 today for breaks, oil and rotating my tires and he was so wonderful to deal with. He took his time to make sure I was informed, checked in on me and checkout was seamless. The real reason for 5 stars!

The dealership is beautiful and very impressive. Tim Vollick was great, very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the Highlander that we purchased. David Seals was also very nice and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend Beaver Toyota.

To my surprised I received a massage which I so much needed. They were curious and informed me for everything.

I had an outstanding experience working with Pow Pow. He truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. From the start, he paid close attention to all of our needs and made sure everything was handled perfectly. What really stood out was his willingness to accommodate us, he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered over 500 miles away. When it arrived, he had thoughtfully included three stuffed animals for our kids, which was such a kind and personal touch. They also took our trade-in with them, making the entire process seamless. After everything was done, I realized I had left something extremely important, my camera in my old vehicle. I was worried I might never see it again, but when I contacted him, he didn’t hesitate. He immediately took action and overnighted my camera back to me. This level of service is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful. I highly recommend working with Pow Pow!

Late last Friday afternoon my vehical was punctured with two nails in two tires. I was able to make it over to The Beaver and Laura who is a service advisor at the St. Augustine location immediately Assessed the situation and recommend which tires were best for my vehicle and at the best price. I was under warranty and decided to purchased two additional tires. I’m writing this review because even though it was the end of her work day and the service department was closing she went above and beyond to make me feel that she had my back and had me back on the road in 30 mins!
