As has been the case, my experience was excellent from driving in for service to leaving out. Their new location with state of the art amenities is something to marvel. New facility, new attitude! I went to Beaver this morning for routine maintenance and the service was exceptional! I have not had the best experience with service at the old location and am not sure if it’s the new environment or the plethora of space, but it made a world of difference. Thank you to Mr. Ferrel, my service advisor. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The new location is stunning. I took a moment to walk around while my car was being serviced, and it is so very nice. Maintenance went from a chore to an experience.

Terrific service experience. My Prius needed a hybrid battery replacement and Beaver Toytota gave me straight, sound advice, a price that was SUBSTANTIALLY less ($900 to $3000) than any other dealer within 125 miles, and the service was completed quickly and efficiently. To top it all off, they gave me a free rental car for the day, and a free deluxe car wash for my Prius. This is the gold standard for car servicing. My Prius is ready for another 240k miles, and I’ll make the drive to St. Augustine for the service!

My Supra was serviced with great care & they even sent me a courtesy video of the overall inspection pointing out areas to service in time, which was a wonderful addition. Thx Beaver St Augustine👍
