The maintenance dept. mechanics & staff members treat me as a valued customer, no matter what the issue is. They are very thorough in checking on my cars mechanical health & to assure me my car is in good shape & safe to operate. My car is a 2012 Highlander & it’s in good shape because of the pro’s in the maintenance department.
