Never be caught off guard by the unexpected. TOYOGUARD includes Roadside Assistance services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Roadside Assistance includes services such as battery jump starts, tire service, fuel delivery, towing and more. With Toyota Care you’ll receive 2 years / 25,000 miles of complimentary Roadside Assistance. After Toyota Care has expired, TOYOGUARD® will begin and provide you with Roadside Assistance for 3 years up to 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.Your Roadside Assistance will cover:
- Battery Jump Starts – Will be provided as necessary.
- Tire Service – A service provider will come to the vehicle location and replace the tire with your inflated spare.
- Fuel Delivery – An emergency fuel supply will be delivered to get you to the nearest gas station.
- Lockout Protection – A service provider will come to the vehicle location to unlock doors or assist if the key is lost or broken.
- Winching – Extrication from any ditch, mud, sand or snow will be provided. The vehicle must be immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard servicing equipment.
- Towing – We will arrange a service provider to tow the vehicle to the closest Toyota dealership (or to the closest Toyota dealership of your choice if it’s within 25 miles of the vehicle’s location).
TOYOGUARD offers Rental Car Assistance during the first 5 years or 60K miles, whichever comes first1. The best part: Your vehicle does not have to be inoperable or require over-night repairs to qualify for rental car assistance, It’s our way of making unexpected inconveniences more convenient. Warranty repair must require Toyota parts replacement2.
1. Limit 1 day rental per warranty repair, up to a total of 5 rentals within the 5 year/60K mile period. Maximum rental coverage: $35 per day (Note: Warranty repair must require Toyota parts replacement.)
2. Rental vehicle must be obtained from a Toyota Dealer, a non-Toyota dealership rental service, or a nationally recognized rental agency. Important: Toyoguard Rental Car Assistance is not provided if you are eligible for reimbursement under the Toyota Transportation Assistance Policy which provides a loaner vehicle or alternative transportation if a warranty repair will take longer than one day. TOYOGUARD Elite includes a sample kit containing 3 of our popular Auto Care Products in a convenient carrying case, which can be used to help maintain your vehicle’s showroom appearance. The kit includes:
- TOYOGUARD Interior Detailer – helps protect the interior surfaces of your Toyota by safely removing dirt and grime on leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric and carpet.
- TOYOGUARD Exterior Detailer – safely removes mild dirt and grime without scratching your paint. Use between washes to return your Toyota to a showroom shine.
- TOYOGUARD Tire Shine – protects and enhances the look of your tires with a simple, one-step application. The special “no sling” formula bonds to your tires leaving a clean, glossy look that lasts.
- TOYOGUARD Microfiber Cloths – A special color-coded microfiber cloth is included for TOYOGUARD Interior Detailer and TOYOGUARD Exterior Detailer. TOYOGUARD Tire Shine does not require a cloth for application. The microfiber cloths also include a cloth holder ring.
