They have all the comforts, food, beverages, sweets on site. They have a a lot of sales angents and managers to approve any deals as quickly as possible. They strive hard to meet my needs and sometime demand and deal breakers. I have always left completely satisfied and not feeling ripped off. I’m editing or rather adding to my earlier review below-Peter and Jackson are gifts! I’m thankful for their help, time, effort and commitment to making me feel seen, heard and safe with my car. As a single woman, being safe and secure in my only vehicle is a MUST! Peter and Jackson both worked hard to make sure I was all set, safe and secure. They are the team I want to deal with every time moving forward. Thankful for these two guys! My first visit was great. But I had to return the very next day, not so happy. And it took almost 12 hours and 4 calls later to be helped. But they took care of me the very next day and Peter was very kind. Praying that this balance of my tires did the trick. All I had done was a tire rotation…it shouldn’t have been an issue. But…Car apparently needed it done by the dealership I bought it from in June and they had not done it…we shall see.

They took me right away with out an appointment since I was traveling from California. Very Grateful.

Mine Elkin and the Beaver Toyota team went above and beyond to make our buying experience pleasant and easy! Even gave our puppy, Zoey, a treat and a new toy, not to mention lots of kisses! Thanks so much! On Friday 8/31 heading into Labor Day weekend, my check engine light suddenly started flashing and engine started running extremely rough. I showed up at Beaver Toyota without an appointment around 2pm and Robert C. got my car right into the shop. By 4, I had a diagnosis and estimate for repair, by 5:30, I was in Beaver's shuttle on the way to pick up my repaired Corolla. Kudos to Beaver's Service Team for taking excellent care of me!

I recently bought a new used car from Beaver Toyota, I worked with Luis Torres and was pleased with his honest approach to sales. Unlike other dealerships I spoke to in my hunt he openly spoke about pricing and didn't insist on the information most salesmen use to steer you into the car they want you to purchase. I liked the Lifetime warranty offered by another dealership over Beavers 7 years but honestly having dealt with the other dealership for 2 other family members I just couldn't again. I will Absolutely return to Beaver for another purchase or refer family and friends. I only wish they were closer than they are so I could use them for service too. I also worked with Nick, Art, Tia and Philip who were exceptional in their areas of expertise 🙂 I have been in Sales Customer Service and Management for 34+ years and see the culture at this dealership is exactly where I would work if I went into their industry or recommend others try if they are!
