We bought a 2024 Toyota Tundra and have been using Beaver Toyota for maintenance. Hunter Cameron is our service advisor, and he is an amazing person with whom to work. He has an exceptional understanding of our vehicle, how its systems operate, and its maintenance requirements. On top of all of that, he is a friendly individual who cares about the customer and their needs. Invariably delivers timely support. Probably most important to me is his integrity and honesty, which are extremely valuable (and all too rare) in the vehicle maintenance industry.

Overall a great service experience. They had me checked in and my car serviced faster than I’m used to at other places. The video of my multi-point inspection was a nice touch. It takes some of the mystery of what’s going on in the shop and is very informative. It’s a very low pressure environment and I get a sense that they understand that for most people a car is simply an a to b conveyance. However if you like to keep your vehicle running it’s best and you know the value of routine maintenance they are able to accommodate you as well. I look forward to going back for my next service. It’s also nice to walk around and see what new cars are rolling onto the lot.

Super friendly and extremely fast. I am a very large older man they helped me find a chair I could sit in and help the 50 minute wait for my 10 k service. I was a ASM at a very large Toyota Dealership in Alexandria Va we won the Toyota President Award for thirty years straight only 5 Dealerships have done that so I know good service Beaver Toyota has it .

Came in for an oil change. Went well. Beautiful new facility but the giant crucifix in the waiting area is weird.
