I've heard of Beaver Toyota in St Augustine from a lot of different people as being a great place to buy a car. When I decided it was time to get a new car, my friend and I drove to Beaver. Noah our salesperson couldn't be any better. He was down to earth, understanding of my budget and so patient with the process. I was so relaxed during the whole experience. No pushy sale people. It was great and I drove off in a lovely car that I am comfortable in, drives well and looks good. They have a great coverage, team, and I can't even begin talking about the looks of the place. And with that, a massage chair, restaurant, nail salon, etc. They work with you and truly care about the people who walk through the door.

I wasn’t even in the market to buy — just wanted to check out the new Tundras — but after hearing him break down the features, I felt like I’ve been missing the boat. From beginning to end, I had a great experience. Loved the waiting area and atmosphere of Beaver Toyota is very positive. My assistant service leader, Doug McKee was great. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told there was a recall. That got fixed and he also found there was a mold smell in my air conditioning and vents and he recommended a repair to that. I had tried to fix the mold problem myself, without solving it. I was thrilled it was fixed.

My experience with this dealership has been one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped into their lot, I was made a priority and the sales person, Hannah Stevens, was kind and understanding of our needs. Even the process of negotiation and financing was so smooth. I’m incredibly impressed with Beaver Toyota. I’ve purchased cars from Coggin before and had a terrible experience so I didn’t want to go there for our next Toyota. I’ll be a loyal customer of Beaver going forward!
