I recently took my car back to Beaver Toyota to get the final IOUs done, including the window tint, protective film, and nitrogen tire fill. From start to finish, everything went really smoothly. Art took great care of me and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole team at Beaver Toyota has been fantastic. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and professional. Big thanks to Art for going above and beyond. I have had bad experiences of losing good service once I have signed on the dotted line. I feel that this dealership does what is right with kindness and respect well after the sale is over.

Had to get a windshield replaced on my new car, that was on backorder with the factory. Justin on the glass team, contacted me and reassured me that they were gonna do their best to shrink down the time and give me a realistic timeline. Within 2 weeks time the glass was here, with updates along the way to keep me informed. He told me to just bring it in, no appointment schedule or any hassle, pushed it into his schedule and got it done for me within 3 hours of drop off. Professional service and friendly staff to help get it done.

Kieth Strickland got us into our Rav 4 as we are expecting a baby soon and needed something bigger. He got us the best deal possible, got us window tint and weather mats!! He was awesome, 10/10 recommend!

Beaver is always great and helpful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Louis Barletta and Brandon Doughtry are best at what they do. They get a 10 out of 10 always.

Something that surprised me was that in the previous maintenance they changed the front wiper blades and this time they told me that they had to change them, it seems that the customer database is not updated or the wiper blades they put me that time were used. The attention of the staff was very kind.
