I arrived at the appointed time. I left my vehicle and went into the waiting area. About 30-45 minutes later a person in the service dept told me that they dropped the ball and that my vehicle had not been properly handled in the service area. He assured me that it would taken care of. I had plenty of things to do and i wasn’t disturbed by the delay. I appreciated the candor and honesty of the person who spoke to me.

Great customer service all around! Luan was very helpful as I was completing a transaction from 1100 miles away, he answered all my questions, I never felt pressured and he even sent a video of the truck. When I arrived everything was ready, no hiccups! Bo was also excellent in his customer service, 5 stars all around, great dealership!!!

What a great adventure on Friday night 8/30/24 I reached out to the Beaver Toyota dealership in regards to a 2012 Used Dodge Challenger. On the following morning sales rep Jonah reached out to by text about 7:30 AM The negotiation adventures began via text and pictures of my trade. We came to terms and a agreement to purchase was made at 1:30 PM Approximately 45 minutes later Jonah advised me that the vehicle had been sold to another party that was a warm body on the lot. The sale team knew there were negotiations in the works for my purchase of the vehicle and I advised Jonah that this was not right and they needed to do what was right. I wrote it off as it was not meant to be as the Good Lord had another plan. A couple hours later Jonah contacted me to let me know that Beaver Toyota team was going to do the right thing. It was to late in the day to move forward and I advised Jonah since they were closed to enjoy their Sunday off for worship and family I would not make it in until 9/2 Labor day as they were open. I was greeted an met Jonah personally. I had already arranged things to get in and out promptly. We road tested vehicle and I noticed a problem with the brakes which had been serviced. I found the brakes were dragging during the road test After realizing what I found to be the parking brake partially engaged I advised to complete the purchase.Also met a nice team including George that came over introduce himself. I worked with Mr David Seals which had everything in order and got me out the door quickly as promised. Jonah and I completed our final conversations and I headed back home with the vehicle. Unfortunately I noticed the brakes began to seize upon application. I then determined that the right front brake caliper was not releasing and dragging and left front was partially dragging. I reached out to Jonah after another day and advised the front brakes had caliper problems. I sent video's and his managers reviewed and approved the service team to reach out to me to address deficiencies. I advised them if they were willing to just pay for parts I would complete the repairs. Kelly Williams contacted me and got the approvals and had a check processed which I received today to reimburse for the parts.Thankyou Kelly and A/P team for processing reimbursement quickly. Yesterday ART reached out to me VIA text to make sure everything was being taken care of properly.and I advised yes thank you. I have yet to drive vehicle since completing repairs to front brakes due to rainy weather. I found the right front driving light was in-op and replaced the bulb which Beaver Toyota approved replacement of as well. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Beaver Toyota dealership team and their mission to do the right thing. I purchased a used vehicle and am confident if I have a problem within the first 30 days they assist with required repairs. Very Nice service people but took forever… 1 hr and some change, just for an oil change. I’d go back but only for something complicated that I needed a Toyota mechanic for.
