During Thanksgiving week, my husband and I were looking to test drive a 2026 Corolla Cross. After reading several reviews, my husband noticed that the St. Augustine Beaver Toyota dealership consistently received high marks, and one salesperson, Ned Alnuaimi, was mentioned repeatedly. That definitely caught our attention. After a brief phone conversation, we met Ned on Wednesday and immediately found him to be engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, found the perfect car for our daughter, and made the entire process easy and efficient. I honestly wasn’t planning to buy a car that day, but between my husband’s encouragement and Ned’s straightforward, no-pressure approach, we drove home in a brand-new Toyota. Ned was professional, courteous, enthusiastic, and refreshingly funny, which made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. I've been to a lot of Toyota dealers in many states and I must say, this one is the absolute best!!! From the moment we walked through the doors to the time we left, it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Absolutely everyone spoke, were friendly and helpful. My service was done in a timely manner and my car brought up to a convenient spot for picking up. We also spoke with Tom and Cody, regarding new and/or pre-owned vehicles...both were very personable and professional. The dealership is very clean and well appointed with multiple waiting areas, doughnuts, coffee, water, etc. What a nice surprise to have a wonderful dealership like this very close to home!

My experience with Beaver Toyota wad surprisingly very good. For all the negative stories you hear about dealerships my sales rep Luis was a very easy person to deal with. Not at all pushy, which I really appreciated, but also just a personable and friendly person who answered all my questions and concerns. Best of all I got the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. I would definitely ask for him for my own or my family members next automobile.
