Great service!!! They did an amazing job detailing my Toyota Tundra, as well as the oil change and all in the same day. They detailed the inside completely, outside, and under the hood. It looks beautiful! ***** I love that they are honest with servicing my truck and they don't come up with bogus dishonest faults to try to get even more money out of me. I wouldn't go anyplace else!!

Great experience at Beaver Toyota. The place was spotless and the waiting area felt like a café — comfy seating, complimentary coffee and water, Wi-Fi, and even a food counter. They texted me updates and included detailed images of my car’s dings and scratches. Scheduling my fuel pump replacement was easy over the phone, and the service only took about two hours. Highly recommend!

Tim Vollink made my dealership experience even better than I could’ve hoped for. He was personable, Knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Brought my car in with 3 dents and they made it look good as new in about 2 hours. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and spacious. All in all the dealership was great. Also shoutout to my guy art he was great to work with, really good dude.

Windshield perfectly replaced and calibrated. Many months has passed, and Beaver Toyota is a completely different place: it’s a rundown place in which nobody cares about anything. I called and emailed the same windshield guy for a new damage to the windshield and I got no answer. On my visits for scheduled maintenance I try to say hello to the sales person that helped me with my purchase, and on every occasion he turned to the other side feigning not to know you. When you arrived for scheduled maintenance they make you feel unwelcome. On my visit for 35000 miles check, no job done, just check it took about between 3 and 4 hours. On my 40000 miles visit there was a 18 wheeler blocking all exits, nobody in the dealership cared. I had to get out of my car and ask the trucker to move it a little bit forward. If you can stay out of beaver Toyota st Augustine, do it.
