I always come here from my maintenance not because I bought my car from there but because everybody is friendly, respectable communication is always there. So the drive from JAX to Saint Augustine is not an issue.

I had an excellent experience at my recent service appointment at Beaver Toyota. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle carefully inspected my vehicle and found several problems that would have been trouble down the road. I would also like to commend Delvin, my service advisor. Delvin was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Delvin is an asset to your staff! I will make future service appointments through him.

5teve , Toyota technician helped me expedite the service fast enough unexpectedly. He overheard my conversation that I needed to be in other just before 1200. Wow , @ 1030 it was done really fast . That’s the kind of service you want . I don’t hesitate to give 5 star for Beaver Toyota for above and beyond service.

Service diagnosis and sales-rental info always true and forthcoming. Like every dealership there’s the upsell: easily avoided by being direct. The Service diagnosis confirmed that which I found online about our 2010 Prius booster brake failure that I was told was ONCE under warranty but at 198k not honored….$2500 to repair is too $$$ for us, more than that 14 yr old’ Prius BlueBook so I’ll YOUTUBE U, fix it myself for about $700! There’s still life left in that one which is our 2nd and probably last Prius.
