Went to Beaver Toyota by appointment to replace my windshield wipers. After leaving the premises received an email with photos showing problems with my tires and some scratches on the body of my car. Why was this not pointed out to me while I was on the premises?

Service Dept. Much better experience with the newly opened Beaver Toyota. Staff were friendly and offered a car to get to dinner while we waited. Added to post 6/14/26 - Sales Dept. - Just bought the 2026 4Runner Platinum and service was stellar. Peter was willing to work with me over the phone which made going into the dealership quick and easy. He was amazing, informative, and efficient. James in finance sealed the deal with great customer service. I love my new car, thanks!!
