I recently brought my 2018 Tacoma to Beaver Toyota for the white paint recall, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience—especially working with Ryan Brownley.
From the start, Ryan made the entire process smooth and convenient. Even with the transition between their old and new dealership locations, he kept everything organized and stress-free. He even went out of his way to ensure my loaner was a truck so I could still do my usual “farm stuff.” That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out.
When he called to tell me my Tacoma was ready, I asked how it looked. He said, “I think it looks awesome.” What an understatement! My truck looks brand new! When I arrived, Ryan personally greeted me and walked me through a detailed inspection, explaining every step the body shop took and checking to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. He even gave me a free car wash pass because some dust had settled on the truck due to nearby landscaping—just another example of how he went above and beyond.
While I was there, Justin Simmons also helped me get my cracked windshield replaced. That was another smooth and easy process—Justin was great to work with!
That evening, I went outside three times just to admire how amazing my truck looked. I’m truly impressed and grateful—not just that Toyota stood behind their product, but that Ryan’s professionalism and attention to detail made this experience exceed my expectations.
To play off Beaver Toyota’s slogan: I was BEYOND “WOW’d”! I will definitely consider Beaver Toyota for all future servicing needs on my Tacoma!
