I purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius from Gary and had a wonderful experience! He was incredibly kind, honest, and tried to handle the process as quickly as possible because I was on a bit of a time crunch. This was my first time ever buying a car, and the first one I had was a death trap. This in combination with being on a very tight budget had me concerned. Juliette was very very helpful. She respected our time. She made us an offer within 10 minutes while another dealer let us wait 1 1/2 hours then low balled us. When we closed it took all of 15 minutes! Would do business with this dealer again

First time visiting this location. Service was quick and employees were pleasant. Only complaint: if you’re changing oil and not going to put a sticker on the windshield, at least reset the oil life monitor.

I had a service appointment scheduled today and while waiting for the service to be completed, I took a walk on the lot to look at the new vehicles. Tim Vollink approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I informed him that I was just looking while waiting on my Tacoma to be serviced. Tim asked if I would be interested in learning the changes on 2024 Tacoma. We took a ride and I was very impressed. Tim was very knowledgeable, courteous and low pressure. My visit was not to purchase a new truck, but I certainly left with it in the back of my mind. I would also like to thank Doug in the service department. I have always been impressed with the quality of the service department

Beaver Toyota performed service to my 2021 Tundra in a satisfactory manner. They do not focus on the small details as much as they once did. I remain satisfied with their service even though the quality has slipped some. I drive >100 miles for service because of the poor reputation of my local Toyota dealer.
