It's a bit of a long one, so buckle in! My experience with Beaver Toyota St. Augustine was 90% positive (if I could do a 4.5 star, I would), having first worked with a sales person who was compatible with my shopping style and personality - I was ready to come back the next business day with an car-savvy advisor to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, before I left a second sales person came in to pressure me to buy that same day and the tactics that were leveraged were totally off-base. I expect others to respect that I have my own mind, opinions, and am not easily manipulated into bending my position as result of flimsy sales tactics. I have a business degree and felt like he wasted 20 minutes of my time to mansplain, superficially manipulate, and low-key guilt me into buying a car same day. So I left, and had no intention of returning. ***Note for the Ladies: we speak with our wallet share and owe strangers nothing. We can leave, no guilt, no explanation. Just leave.*** The following week the first sales person reached out and asked for feedback - which I provided and they reassured me I would not interact with the second salesman if I chose to return. After that, I continued to look at vehicles at Beaver Toyota... and I found one. A good deal, checked the most important boxes in my purchase list. I spoke with the first sales person and told them I was coming down, he had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived with the AC on and ready to test drive. Made a decision within the hour, after driving a few other vehicles, and the first sales person ensured I had a smooth and great experience with all of the staff I had the opportunity to work with - even making sure they understood that I'm a facts and data person vs. emotive decision maker which made the full experience more pleasant. Overall, highly recommend Beaver Toyota because of the first (and last) sales person I worked with: they listened to my feedback on my first experience, made sure I was comfortable the second time I entered the building, and even ensured the end-to-end experience was smooth for me. Huge kudos to him! Also, I am excited to continue coming to Beaver for the servicing of my vehicle because their facilities are top-notch...

I had a good experience at this dealership except that one tire had a piece missing and it had a small crack in it as well. Plus there was a small piece missing from the front door handle. I know I should have checked out this SUV better but if it was checked and certified by someone, these 2 issues should have been fixed.
