Three and a half hours for a front brake replacement. Unacceptable. Although service tech apologized for the delay.

One star short from excellent due to the fact that paying with a credit card raised my final bill by 3% If I was told about this at the time I received the quote, I would had brought with me a check. I didn't expect that charge at a dealer. All other was great!

Beaver Toyota has been just incredible. They are true professionals and my auto heroes. I bought a car from another dealership. There was a huge problem. The other dealership blew me off. Beaver Toyota took my car, listened to me, and proved there was a serious issue within a couple of hours. They kept me informed every step of the way. Because of Beaver Toyota, the other dealership took my car and replaced the engine. I wish I could say that was the end of it. There were issues following the engine’s replacement. Each visit, Beaver Toyota has treated me with kindness and respect and fixed my car. They have gone above and beyond. I wish I could do more than just write a review. But they have certainly earned my loyalty and much more. If you want someone you can trust, Beaver Toyota is the place to go.
