Beaver Toyota Award More than $15,000 in Teacher Grants in Flagler County

April 5th, 2018 by

This spring, the team at Beaver Toyota reaffirmed their commitment to students and teachers by forging a new and exciting partnership with the Flagler County Education Foundation. Because our partnership with St. John’s County Schools has been a powerful force for good, we decided to expand our influence across Northeast Florida to Flagler County as well.

WOWing Flagler County Teachers

Over the past several months, Flagler County School teachers applied to be a recipient of one of the Flagler County Innovative Teacher Grants. These grants were designed to enhance STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) initiatives in the classroom and enable these teachers to become more effective educators.

More than 20 teachers from 10 schools were awarded grants from Beaver Toyota that totaled more than $15,000.

Beaver Toyota is Honored to Give Back

It was inspiring to see how grateful teachers were to be recognized by an organization outside of their field and how hard they work to facilitate learning in their classrooms. Beaver Toyota is humbled by these teachers’ tireless dedication and honored to be able to make a small difference in these students’ lives.
